I think this might be the first time I have ever wanted a fish for a pet.

Update: My fish has died

Shaping this behavior requires you to have a feeder stick and a hoop. Both items can be made on your own.

1) Feed it when it approaches the hoop
2) Feed it when it bumps its head on the hoop
3) Slowly increase the distance that it has to move the hoop
4) Try not to vary the position that you want it to bring it to.

This behavior took me many trials spread over many days to shape. Sometimes it’s a lot of waiting for the fish to do something so it is time consuming and requires patience.
